All for Sports Terms & Conditions
  1. The conference will be held entirely in English.
  2. Active participant status in the All For Sports Scientific Sessions must be confirmed by:
    • completing the submission form featured on
    • sending the abstract (in .pdf format) via e-mail to
    • fulfilling the submission payment (prices can be found at the AfS website)
  1. The deadline for abstract submissions is 30.09.2019. The submission form must be completed beforehand.
  2. The abstract should be structured accordingly:
    • Introduction
      • The primary goal of the paper/research, primary research thesis
    • Data and Methods
      • A brief overview of conducted research
      • Review papers should include a rundown of literature on the subject
      • Case studies should include a short description of the patient and testing
    • Results
      • Primary outcomes of the study based on obtained data
    • Conclusions
      • The most important takeaways indicated by the conducted research
      • Conclusions should be given in bullet points and should not directly reiterate information from the Results section.
  1. The abstract’s length should not exceed 300 words.
  2. Abstracts and presentations will be graded in accordance with the following criteria:
    • Research topic (0-10)
    • Meritorical value (0-10)
    • Author’s self-sufficiency in research (0-20)
    • Presentation performance (0-20)
  1. Abstracts previously published or presented cannot be submitted to All for Sports (Including publication on social media)
  2. Every submitted abstract undergoes evaluation by reviewers chosen from the All for Sports Scientific Committee
  3. The Scientific Session will include a total of 18 presentations – consisting of 6 highest-graded abstracts for each of the thematic sessions:
    • Sports injury prevention
    • Conservative treatment/Orthobiology
    • Surgical treatment
  1. Papers not selected for the Scientific Session can be included in the Poster Session or dismissed.
  2. The deadline for the announcement of qualified papers is 04.11.2019.
  3. Poster Session guidelines:
    • Papers qualified for the Poster Session should be presented as follows:
      • A1 print size
      • Mandatory content: title, authors (and affiliations), research supervisor
    • The poster should be delivered on the day of the conference, at registration. Any difficulties in delivery should be consulted with the Organising Committee no less than 2 days before the conference.
    • The posters will be displayed at the conference venue on 22-23.11.2019
